A starter series like the four pilots above runs in this 4-session, two-weekend format. Deeper builder series (RAG, agents, CRM setup, campaign systems) typically run 6–8 sessions; advanced technical series (architecture, cloud, security, operations) take a longer, need-based format and assume prior development or IT-operations experience.
