Certification Roadmap

SOC 2 Type II
Audit targeted for Q4 2026 (internal target, not a committed date). Controls implementation in progress for security, availability, and confidentiality.
GDPR
GDPR compliance roadmap active. Data processing agreements being prepared.
CCPA
California Consumer Privacy Act review underway. Opt-out mechanisms being implemented.
ISO 27001
Certification targeted for Q3 2026 (internal target, not a committed date). ISMS implementation in progress.
HIPAA
HIPAA-ready infrastructure planned for healthcare clients. BAA template in preparation.
Platform Infrastructure
What we can verify today about how the platform runs.
No public uptime or performance dashboard yet
TechlyUp is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. We don't currently publish a live status page, uptime percentage, or response-time SLA — those numbers would need a monitoring provider we haven't set up. If you need availability guarantees for a team or enterprise agreement, ask us directly and we'll confirm what can be committed in writing.
