By accessing or using TechlyUp's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

TechlyUp provides AI upskilling programs, workshops, mentorship, and related educational services. Our services include online courses, live workshops, mentorship sessions, and AI-powered learning tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely. We offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible purchases. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our platform are the intellectual property of TechlyUp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Engage in any activity that could harm our systems or users

7. SOC 2 Readiness & Data Security

TechlyUp is committed to enterprise-grade security. Our platform is designed with SOC 2 Type II compliance in mind:

  • Security Controls: We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
  • Regular Audits: Our systems undergo regular security assessments and penetration testing.
  • Access Management: Role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and least-privilege principles.
  • Incident Response: We maintain a documented incident response plan with 24-hour breach notification.
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Business Continuity: Regular backups, disaster recovery procedures, and 99.9% uptime SLA.

8. Service Level Terms

For paid services, the following service levels apply:

  • Platform Availability: We target 99.9% monthly uptime for all paid services.
  • Support Response: Enterprise customers receive dedicated support with 4-hour response time for critical issues.
  • Performance: Platform pages load within 3 seconds under normal conditions.
  • Service Credits: If uptime falls below 99.9%, affected customers may request service credits.

TechlyUp maintains compliance with the following frameworks and regulations:

  • GDPR: Full compliance for EEA users as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • SOC 2 Type II: Security controls aligned with AICPA Trust Service Criteria.

  • DPDP Act: Compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TechlyUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
